  • The purpose of this training is to provide a refresher of knowledge, tools and techniques for EEO Counselors. This course fulfills the EEOC 8 Hour Refresher requirement for EEO Counselors. This training will provide the tools necessary to: - Understand the basics of EEO law and theories of discrimination; - Understand the federal sector EEO process as set forth in Management Directive 110 and 29 C.F.R. Part 1614; - Apply the models of proof in employment discrimination cases; - Gather and analyze evidence under the appropriate theory of discrimination. (Course Outline)

  • This 8 hour course is designed to teach individuals about conflict resolutions. There are two major myths about conflict: that it always involves anger and that it's always negative. Conflict can actually be a positive tool for growth if you know how to manage it properly. This one-day course will teach participants just how to do that.
