EEO Training Solutions: Courses

 
Certification training for New EEO Investigators and EEO Counselors. We have been conducting EEO training since 2009 and started the 32 hour courses in January 2014. The cost of each course is $900. Each course is instructor-facilitated and self-directed. Students typically complete the course in less than a month, but you have up to six months if needed. Beginning with the 2016 courses reflect the changes made to Management Directive 110 (MD-110) published on August 5, 2015.
  • The purpose of this training is to introduce students to the investigative tools and techniques they will use as an EEO Investigator in order to collect and discover factual information concerning claims of discrimination. This course fulfills the EEOC requirement for new EEO Investigators. (Course Outline)
